A fractional CTO is a seasoned technology leader working with a company a few days a month. It fits when a business needs technology strategy, vendor oversight or preparation for a major eCommerce program, but is not ready to hire a full-time CTO. ### How do you help eCommerce and retail companies? I lead eCommerce platform implementations and migrations, take over and stabilize systems from previous vendors, implement AI (personalization, recommendations, search, demand forecasting, customer service automation), integrate omnichannel and marketplace channels, and build and scale technology teams. ### Do you help with choosing an eCommerce platform? Yes. I help define business and CX requirements, prepare the RFP, compare platforms and implementation partners, and plan data and SEO migration to avoid a revenue drop after go-live. ### What does AI implementation in eCommerce look like? I start by identifying the processes with the highest return potential, such as product recommendations, search or customer service. Then I run a pilot with clear KPIs and, once impact is proven, scale the solution to production and embed it in team workflows. ### How long does a technology and customer experience audit take? A standard audit takes 2 to 4 weeks. The outcome is a report assessing architecture, performance, security and the customer journey, a risk map and a prioritized roadmap. ### Which companies have you worked for? I have delivered eCommerce and customer experience projects for organizations including Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, Lidl, Carrefour, Bricoman, Super-Pharm, CCC, eobuwie, Modivo, Kazar, Amica, Kross, Cora, 8a, MegaBay, FeroTerm, NoLimit. ### How do we start working together?
